Strength to Strength Counseling Services provides individual, marriage and relationship psychotherapy. This practice serves adult clients of every age and stage, from 16 years-old on up to seniors. We also provide Approved Clinical Supervision and Mentoring to post-masters licensed candidates and therapists.

The practice draws from EMDR (trauma-informed), Mindfulness-Based, Family Systems, Solution-Focused, Ericksonian Clinical Hypnosis, and Psychodynamic theories. Areas of expertise include relationship issues, marital and pre-marital, trauma-informed, adult family therapy, parenting issues, older teens and young adults, senior issues. Specialities include: anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, coping and stress, family and relationship struggles, loss and grief, divorce-prevention, infidelity, crisis management, as well as clinical hypnosis.
Adam M. Horn, LMFT
Adam Horn is a psychotherapist and Licensed Marital & Family Therapist (LMFT) and the founder of Strength to Strength Counseling Services. He has over 30 years experience in the mental health field. He has been an LMFT and an American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) Clinical Fellow for over 25 years. Locally, and he is a state-division clinical member of the Tennessee Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (TNAMFT).
We offer clients in-person sessions in our Nashville, Music Row office, and the option for Telehealth, consisting of privacy-secure, online Zoom sessions.
